Fiber MOPA Laser Cutter/Engraver/Marker

Equipped with a powerful 60W Fiber MOPA source, it creates marks that are certified permanent, designed to withstand extreme conditions, chemical exposure, and abrasion that would destroy traditional labels. This laser operates by physically changing the surface of the material, using non-abrasive techniques like annealing to create a jet-black mark on stainless steel or ablation to reveal the bare metal beneath an anodized coating. This capability is essential for clients requiring regulatory compliance, such as permanent UID Data Matrix codes, serialized numbers on Tool & Die Marking, and guaranteed traceability on all critical components. The compact 300mm×300mm working area is perfectly suited for batch production, allowing us to fixture numerous small parts for rapid, highly repeatable marking with micro-level precision.

Beyond industrial durability, the Fiber MOPA laser is indispensable for fine detail work. Its high-focus beam and high-resolution marking capabilities are unmatched when working with precious metals like gold, silver, and platinum, making it the key tool for our Jewelry Engraving services. To handle these small, curved, and delicate items, we utilize a specialized rotary system featuring dedicated chuck and ring jigs. This system allows us to perfectly position and 360-degree engrave on the inside and outside of rings, as well as on small bottles and premium executive drinkware, ensuring the sentiment and the text are perfectly aligned and distortion-free.
