How It Works

Our Workflow

  • Request a Quote
  • Design & Proofing
  • Production
  • Quality Check &
    Delivery

This is where your project begins. Simply reach out to us with your concept, the type of service you need (engraving, cutting, marking), the material you wish to use, and the quantity required. Upload your existing vector files, sketches, or a detailed description of your idea, including size and placement specifications.

We aim to make this initial stage seamless and straightforward. Once we have all your project details, our team will promptly review the information to assess the feasibility, complexity, and necessary machine time. This allows us to quickly generate a transparent, non-obligatory quote that outlines all costs for your review.

Upon quote approval, we move into the design and preparation phase. Our specialists will prepare your submitted design files, ensuring they are optimized for the laser equipment. This includes converting files, adjusting line weights, and setting parameters to guarantee the highest quality outcome. If you only provided a concept, we'll create the artwork for you.

Crucially, we will send you a digital proof for your final approval. This high-resolution image or PDF shows exactly how the design will appear on your chosen material. We only proceed to the next step once we have your confirmation, ensuring the design is precisely what you envisioned and eliminating any potential errors.

With your final proof approved, your project is queued for production. Our expert technicians load your material onto our state-of-the-art laser machinery. We use precise settings tailored to your material and design, whether it's high-speed marking for industrial parts or deep engraving for personalized gifts.

Throughout the production process, we maintain strict quality control. Each piece is closely monitored to ensure the laser operates with flawless precision, resulting in clean cuts, sharp markings, and consistent quality across all items in your order. We prioritize efficiency without ever compromising the integrity of the final product.

The final stage is all about making sure the finished product gets to you safely and efficiently. Before packaging, every item undergoes a thorough final quality check to confirm it meets your approved design specifications and our high standards for finish and detail. We then meticulously clean and package your order to prevent any damage during transit.

Once packaged, we coordinate delivery using reliable carriers, providing you with tracking information so you can follow your order's journey. We are committed to a timely delivery, bringing your expertly cut, engraved, or marked products from our shop floor directly to your door, ready for use or display.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can you engrave or cut?

We work with a wide range of materials, including wood, acrylic, glass, leather, certain metals (for marking), stainless steel, some plastics, and more. If you have a unique material, please contact us to confirm compatibility and testing.

How do I submit my design file for a quote?

We prefer vector files such as SVG, AI, DXF, PDF, PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, and TIFF files as they offer the best precision. If you only have a concept or sketch, our design team can help you prepare the artwork for an additional fee.

What is the difference between laser engraving and laser marking?

Engraving removes material to create depth and texture, often resulting in a high-contrast finish. Marking (or etching) alters the material's surface structure for a permanent, non-intrusive mark, ideal for metal part identification and traceability.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity, size, and quantity of your order. Generally, once the design proof is approved, standard orders take 3–7 business days. We will provide an accurate timeline with your quote.

Can I provide my own materials for you to use?

Yes, you absolutely can! We call this "customer-supplied material." We do require a small test piece to ensure our laser settings are perfectly calibrated for your specific item and to minimize risk before running the full job.
